What we do
Complete working systems, not separate parts.
Instead of selling a pump, a training course or an app on its own, we deliver integrated solutions, and we stay to see them work.

Scope of support
Nine ways we work with partners.
Partnership building
Consortium formation, partner and stakeholder mapping, MOU drafting and joint governance structures.
Grant readiness
Funding scans, grant writing training, concept notes, proposal co-development, budgets and theories of change.
Grant and project management
Project management training and support, financial tracking, monitoring, evaluation and donor reporting.
Mentorship
Ongoing coaching for research teams and early-career academics leading funded projects.
Research and technical support
Interdisciplinary design and delivery, from solar irrigation, rainwater harvesting and water reuse to beekeeping, fish farming, agroforestry and animal health.
Teaching and demonstration
Course development, demonstration and teaching farms, and short courses for staff, students and farmers.
Digital solutions
Farmer advisory tools, data dashboards and monitoring systems built for community users.
Income generation
Feasibility studies and business plans for university farm enterprises and services.
Knowledge exchange
Workshops, technical publications, policy engagement, learning networks and dissemination of research results.
Flagship packages
Four integrated solutions.
Each package draws on agriculture, water, energy and digital expertise, and can be funded through grants, government programmes or corporate social investment.

Climate-Smart Teaching Farm
A working demonstration site combining solar drip irrigation, agroforestry, water reuse, sensors and dashboards, with linked curriculum, staff training and an optional income-generating enterprise.
For universities, TVETs and agricultural colleges

Smallholder Resilience Package
A drip kit with solar or gravity pumping, an agroforestry layout, field school training, animal health support, digital advisory and market linkage, delivered to a group of farmers.
For donors, NGOs, government and corporate social investment

Water-Smart Food Garden
Rainwater harvesting or treated greywater reuse feeding drip-irrigated gardens and woodlots, with water quality monitoring and safe crop selection.
For schools, clinics, municipalities and mines

Youth Agri-Enterprise Container
A solar-powered container run as a nursery, cold room, processing unit or repair shop, with business training, a record-keeping app and mentoring for a youth or women’s group.
For corporates, skills bodies and development partners
How we deliver
Five delivery fronts.
- 01
Teach
Accredited or credit-bearing learning: modules, guest lectures, curriculum design.
- 02
Train
Practical, skills-focused learning: short courses, workshops, farmer field schools.
- 03
Demonstrate
Seeing a working system before investing: demonstration plots and field days.
- 04
Consult
Expert advice and design: feasibility studies, system design, business plans.
- 05
Provide services
Hands-on delivery: installation, maintenance, water testing and digital platforms.
Let’s design the right solution together.
Tell us about your institution, community or programme and we will propose the combination of support that fits.
